hey~! cool~! i think he doesnt really look like Legolas, although there are resemblance. his left eye seems bloated and small and a little bit distorted, the position and size of the ear looks abit weird. maybe it should be a little bigger and position slightly higher.

hmm..,,this is just my 2 cents. a apologies if i say anything harsh and incorrect.

this is a nice potrait overall~! (thunbup)

A little more contrast and value and this would be more striking than it is.

The left eye is cast in shadow and the scan picked up some lines I had used in laying out the piece (they are hardly visible in the original) and give an offset look. I have to disagree on the ear though. I carefully maped it out from the reference and his head is tilted up causing his facial features to be higher than the ear.

I agree on the more contrast part. I'll be doing some pencil and acrylic stuff soon and will try some new techniques on them and keep the contrast in mind.
